The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, role, the phone workflow you are exploring, and an optional call-volume estimate. If you use a campaign link, we also save its source, medium, and campaign labels with your request, along with the place where you opened the form.
How we use it
Pratoli uses this information to review your request, reply to you, and decide whether a product discussion would be useful. We do not sell information submitted through the form.
Who processes it
Service providers that host the site, store form requests, or deliver email may process this information for Pratoli. We limit their use to those tasks.
How long we keep it
We keep a request only while we need it for the enquiry, our business records, or a legal duty. You can ask us to delete it where the law allows.
Website measurement
Pratoli uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate visits and page performance. It does not use advertising cookies or track visitors across sites. If this changes, we will update this notice and add any consent controls the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some rights depend on where you live.
